How to Order Your NFC Alert Tag
Once you have completed checkout, please make sure you have confirmed the following details for your customised Alert Tag:
Medical condition, disability or alert wording, What you would like displayed on your tag.
- Preferred colour – Your chosen tag colour.
- Preferred icon – The picture or symbol you would like on your tag.
Complete Your NFC Information Form
After completing your order, please fill out the NFC Information Form below with the medical information, medications, emergency contacts, communication needs and any other important details you would like linked to your NFC Alert Tag.
We will use this information to set up your NFC Alert Tag so it is ready to use when it arrives!
